30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with PocketCrag, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pocketcrag.com with your order number. We'll give you return instructions and refund your purchase price once the return is received.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to return the damaged item.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
